Position: Student Advisor

Job description:

· Providing the necessary guidance on suitable higher education programmes to the student as well persuading the student to enrol at MANCOSA to pursue their studies

· An understanding of the available programmes at MANCOSA

· Achievement of sales targets per enrolment cycle

· Ability to understand and manage the lead and application funnel to ensure maximum conversion to student registrations

· Respond to each enquiry received on the programme offering at MANCOSA

· Understand the enrolment process, the policies and guidelines that pertain to the enrolment of students

Position: Facilities General Worker

Location: Kwazulu Natal

Minimum requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in maintenance, repairs, or a related field (advantageous but not always required).

CORE PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Maintenance General Worker is to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient environment.

Position: Sales Analyst

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, sales analytics, CRM operations, business intelligence, or enrolment performance management.
Experience working with lead funnels, conversion reporting, campaign analytics, and stakeholder reporting.
Exposure to higher education, commercial education, or service-driven environments will be advantageous.
Experience with privacy compliance and data governance practices is beneficial.
