requirements:

Higher Certificate in Security Management or Security Risk Management (NQF 5) AND 3 years’ security supervisory or risk management related experience,  with a valid driver’s license.

Senior Certificate (NQF 4) AND 4 years security supervisory or security risk management related experience, with valid driver’s license.

Job Outputs:
  • Conduct compliance audit and ensure that non-compliance with the SLA is escalated and dealt with timeously.
  • Conduct security risk assessments and ensure that risk mitigation measures are implemented to improve security.
  • Coordinate the work of the outsourced security service providers to ensure adherence to the provisions of the PFMA.
  • Ensure systems are operational and utilised optimally, report faults and ensure they are attended to and escalate where systems are not maintained.
  • Monitor compliance policies and procedures and record all interventions made and ensure searches are conducted in line with procedures and legislation.
  • Report on all security incidents that have taken place within area of accountability.
  • Resolve security challenges on sites in area of accountability and escalate unresolved issues.
  • Monitor all actions and events and act or escalate to higher level when required.

Position: Communication Practitioner

Location: SARS Head Office – LeHae La SARS

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Marketing, Public Relations, Brand Management and Communication AND 5-7 years ‘experience in the Marketing, Communication, Public relations, and Brand management industries of which 2-3 years is at a technically skilled level.

Job Outputs:
  • Identify and resolve queries and problems timeously, apply discretion in line with process guidelines provided and escalate unresolved problems.
  • Conduct a wide range of research on media and tax content issues.
  • Develop and implement relevant operational plan for various communication campaigns.

National Diploma or Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in Management, Administration, or Project Management, along with 2 to 3 years of experience working in a project management environment, of which 1 to 2 years is at the knowledge worker level.

Job Outputs:
  • Ensure correspondence and information received from external and internal sources is verified and receive the necessary attention.
  • Monitor and report on progress, relevant issues and risks impacting deliverables and take corrective action where necessary.
  • Coordinate implementation of plans and initiatives in area of accountability.
  • Prepare records of project activities and ensure the timely processing and delivery of required materials.
  • Apply the PMO methodologies for projects ensuring that inputs and deliverables are timeous and up to specified standards.

  • Accumulate information and provide reports with recommendations applicable to area of specialisation.
  • Analyse and evaluate performance of BU, identify and report on variances against cost, quality, delivery and risk, ensure compliance with ops strategy.

  • Collect and collate data, analyse information and provide reports and recommendations.

Position: Financial Accountant X3

requirements:

Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Accounting AND 5-7 years’ experience in a finance, accounting or similar financial environment, of which 2-3 years at a technically skilled level working at resolving financial and accounting queries and generate accounting reports.

Job Outputs:
  • Develop and maintain regular reports via the applicable SARS accounting system.
  • Execute specialist input through investigation and opportunities within the product process including risk concern.
  • Maintain accounts by identifying, verifying and recording financial transactions.
  • Monitor, verify and review outstanding information in order to pass relevant transactions where applicable according to set standard in order to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activities.
