Position: Station Assistant- Sales and Customer Care

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 (NQF level 2);
- 0 – 2 years relevant experience in cash handling and customer care;
- Preference will be given to City of Johannesburg residents, and proof of residence will be required on application;
- An added advantage would be working in a high-pressure public service.
Key Performance Areas:
- Execute pre-shift station inspection process to ensure smooth station operation;
- Perform pre-shift cash float and stock reconciliation;
- Execute card sales and trip top-up processes in line with the applicable policies and standard operating procedures;
- Execute sales-related banking processes in line with applicable policies and standard operating procedures;
- Perform customer care-related processes and procedures;
Position: Deputy Director- Priority Projects
LOCATION: Metro Centre, 158 Civic Boulevard, Braamfontein
REMUNERATION: R60 978,62 pm (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF level 4;
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Stakeholder Relations Management, or equivalent/related qualification (NQF level 7);
- 7 – 9 years’ experience in the related field, of which at least 4 years must be in a line management position or similar experience in leading/coordinating a team.
Key Performance Areas:
- Originate/produce, deliver, guide, and implement highly targeted, well-planned, integrated corporate marketing services in response to the overall strategy and communications, marketing and events activities and programmes of the department and the organisation;
- Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing
products/services; - Create commercially viable, strategic partnerships and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders of the organisation;
- Brand reputation management and maintaining the City’s corporate identity and brand culture;
Position: Community Educator

REMUNERATION: R33 371,75 pm (basic salary, excluding benefits)

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12/N4 Certificate is required;
- National Diploma in Fire Technology;
- NFPA 1001 Fire Fighter level 2;
- NFPA 472 Hazmat Operations;
- First Aid Level 3;
- NFPA 1035 Fire and life safety educator level 1;
- 6 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years must be at a supervisory/managerial level;
- Code C1 Driver’s licence with PDP;
- No criminal record.
Key Performance Areas:
- Be actively involved in a major incident/disaster within Operations or similar activities on request from relevant Authorities.
- Promote EMS through public information campaigns, education, training and liaison with communities.
- Gathering, analysis and communication of EMS information and data.
- Provide advice on evacuation and conducting fire risk assessments.
