Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • 1 – 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Must we willing to study towards obtaining industry required accreditation
Responsibilities:
  • Administration (filing, scanning, typing of correspondence)

  • 0-2 Years experience in the financial services industry advantageous but not compulsory
  • Strong Computer literacy (MS Office) – Highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong technical and administrative skills
Responsibilities:
  • Gather Policy information
  • Compile a summary of information
  • Preparing of Client Reviews
  • Preparing proposals and client reviews according to set template

Minimum Requirements:
  • B. Com Finance/Accounting
  • Experience in the LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider) industry / Collective Investments would be an advantage
  • Advanced Excel
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and close out on cashbook reconciliations
  • Identify, investigate, and process unallocated cashbook entries timeously
  • Capture assigned work accurately with no reviews obtained per case at all times
  • Maintain and manage fair and equitable internal and external customer relations in line with TCF Regulations and PSG processes and policies
  • Maintain 100% quality standard by not creating operational risk events and adhering to 100% of the quality assurance review
  • Maintaining strong and essential relationships across all business units
  • Highlight all processing gaps that are identified through in the capture step
  • Provide input to process and systems development customer relations in line with TCF Regulations and PSG processes and policies

Position: Business Analyst Practice Lead

Minimum Requirements:
  • BCom / BSc degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Business Analysis experience in the financial services industry (preferable Short-term insurance)
  • Minimum of 2 years Team Leadership experience
  • 5+ years’ experience of Microsoft technologies (Windows, SharePoint, MS-365, MS-Teams, Power Apps, etc.).
  • Integration knowledge (API design, integration between on-premise and cloud and multiple service provider platforms)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure concepts such as virtualisation, VPN, Cloud etc
Responsibilities:
  • Defining the methodologies, techniques, and tools that Business Analysts (BAs) should use to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
  • Establish a set of standards and best practices for performing business analysis.
  • Facilitating workshops, collecting, and documenting business requirements
  • Analyse data, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Encouraging collaboration and effective communication among BAs, other departments, stakeholders, and project teams. This can include regular meetings, knowledge sharing.
  • Providing templates and guidelines for documenting requirements, process flows, use cases, and other relevant business analysis artifacts.
  • Ensuring that business analysis activities align with project management processes and timelines, helping to define and prioritize requirements for projects.

Position: Intermediate Project Manager

Location: Constantia, Cape Town

Closing date: 12 February 2025

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience as an Intermediate Project Manager for at least 3 years, including being responsible for implementation of projects, facilitating projects and related workshops and effectively communicating with all project stakeholders
Proven experience facilitating a project across multiple divisions within an organisation
PMBOK or Prince2 experience advantageous
Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience preferable
Extensive understanding of IT software products / development
SDLC and Implementation experience
Experience in testing and QA environments
Experience in the Financial Services Industry
Must be competent in workshop facilitation techniques
IT Qualification equivalent to a BTech or BCom

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that client objectives are met and that deliverables are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards
  • Working with clients to define project goals and to establish the overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
  • Ensure the alignment of projects with the clients’ overall business goals
  • Developing the project execution plan
  • Identifying and implement tools and systems to proactively maintain project governance in accordance with an agreed project execution plan
  • Coordinating, controlling and directing the activities of all staff and project team members to ensure the project success criteria are met
  • Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to the clients’ needs, changes and requests within the context of the project
  • Managing the project change control process, including the implementation of change control procedures
  • Monitoring and advising upon project finances
