class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Qualification requirements are:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A minimum of a health science degree in medicine, pharmacy or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Postgraduate degree in Public Health, health sciences, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MBCHB would be advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>MMED in Public health or any health specialty will be advantageous.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Experience requirements:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4-6 functional years\u2019 experience within the clinical and medical Insurance Industry.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Health technology assessment or Evidence-based medicine.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of industry clinical, procedure and billing codes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of evidence-based research, quantitative, health economics and HTA methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise in study designs including-systematic review and meta-analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge and application of the significant health policies and the 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Qualification Requirements:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum a 3-year Degree, Diploma or NQF Level 6 Qualification in Information Technology or other relevant qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 2-3 years substantial hands-on application development skills including mobile application development platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Previous experience as a CRM developer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3-year experience in Microsoft .NET Microsoft SQL 2008.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance whereby the solution is consistently monitored with full risk mitigation in place to prevent risks from materializing into issues that can impact system operation and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain customizations to the CRM system according to business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with business users to gather requirements and understand business processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure the CRM system to meet business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write code to extend the functionality of the CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write unit tests and integration tests for customizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deploy customizations to test and production environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform data migrations from legacy systems to the CRM system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with customizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for the CRM system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p
