Position: Electrician

Location: Worcester

requirements:

• Electrician Trade Test (Red Seal)
• Wireman’s license (compulsory)
• N3+

• Minimum of 3 years post Trade test experience.
• Minimum of 5 years production line or FMCG maintenance experience.
• Basic PLC experience Allan Bradley level 1 course or similar.
• Must be willing to work shifts, standby, weekends and overtime.

Role Responsibilities:

• Attend to and maintain plant production equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring that preventative planned maintenance is performed in a cost effective way to ensure minimum downtime and product losses.
• Maintenance of electrical equipment -production lines, high speed packaging lines, injectors, and Marel equipment.
• Maintenance of electrical networks.
• Fault finding and repair of electrical equipment.

• Valid Code EB drivers’ licence 

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar environment, 2 to 3 of which should be in a supervisory capacity

• Calculation of feed requirements
• Ability to make feeding decisions to obtain target weight
• Troubleshooting to achieve targets and objectives
• Understand disease and biosecurity fundamentals as well as vaccination and immunity principles
• Labour relations legislation and procedures

• Should be fully computer literate in all MS Office and related software

Position: Admin Clerk

• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel (adv)

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring effective flow of document to and from relevant administration departments.
• Managing of laundry to ensure a smooth flow between laundry and sites.
• Absenteeism, sick notes and Leave forms
• Job cards (Scheduled-from the system, Breakdowns)
• Services recording – from job cards to On-Key system
• Electricity usage and Water usage
• Scheduling of Medical examinations and Inductions

Position: Maintenance Handyman (X4)

Location: Worcester

requirements:

• Technical Senior Certificate or similar technical qualification (N3 or N2)
• Drivers license (compulsory)

• 3 years experience in Electrical (70%) and Mechanical environment 
• Previous experience in poultry environment – advantage

• Boilermaking
• Welding
• Single and 3 Phase motors
• PVC and pipe joining
