Management field
- Professional registration with the SACPCMP as a Construction Health and Safety Agent
At least eight (8) years of experience in Construction Health and Safety
- Experience in projects of the value specified in SACPCMP
- Management role within Occupational Health and Safety in the construction industry
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying and developing an appropriate health and safety legal framework for projects.
- Providing 64 services and 62 deliverables defined as the scope of work for SACCPMP registered
Construction Health and Safety Agent. - Providing input in all stages of project development (Stage 1-6) to ensure that all projects comply with the
Occupational Health and Safety Act (85 of 1993) and Construction Regulations 2014 on a construction
project including the following key activities: - Facilitating agreements during the project initiation and briefing stage with the user client requirements and
preferences, assessing user needs and option the appointment of necessary consultants in establishing
the project brief, objections, priorities, constraints, assumptions and strategies in consultation with the user
client. - Finalising the project concept and feasibility.
- Managing, coordinating and integrating the detailed design development process within the project scope,
time, cost and quality parameters.
Position: CONTRACTS SPECIALIST

requirements:
A relevant bachelor’s degree (Supply chain, Built Environment or Legal qualification)
A qualification in project management will be an added advantage
At least five (5) years experience in Contract administration/management role in the
Construction industry
- Experience in NEC /JBCC contracts
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of mediation, adjudication, and arbitration procedures
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and Project Management Software (MS Projects /
Primavera) - Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
- Has working knowledge of contract law and/or experience in drafting legal documents
- Excellent organizational abilities and keeps to deadlines
- Excellent administrative, project management and language skills
- Meticulous with incredible attention to detail

Position: CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTATION ENGINEER

- Minimum three (3) year post-matric qualification Electronic / Electrical Engineering (B.Tech., B.Sc. B.Eng.)
- Professionally registered with ECSA either Pr. Tech. or Pr. Eng.
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in the maintenance and installation of control system
Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) (Highly recommended)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing operations
- Working collaboratively with other engineers, purchasers, and other internal staff
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, contractors and relevant authorities
- Project management within cost and time-constrained environments
- Understanding and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and quality
standards - Providing advice and consultancy support on controls and instrumentation engineering standards
- Purchasing of instrumentation and control equipment
- Writing computer software and test procedures
- Developing new business proposals with regards to controls and instrumentation infrastructure
Position: MONITORING AND EVALUATION COORDINATOR (X2)

Four (4) years’ relevant experience in Project Management or Monitoring and Evaluation

Position: STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

- Professionally registered with ECSA either Pr. Tech. or Pr. Eng.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience (after professional registration) in civil structure design
and oversight of building and civil infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure As-built drawings are acquired and retained after the project close handover
- Liaising with relevant professional staff such as Architects and other professionals involved in maintenance
and construction projects - Monitoring and inspecting work is undertaken by contractors
- Administering professional services contracts where required
- Managing projects for professional structural engineering services
- Conduct inspections and provide reports on building structural issues
- Develop and manage the sign of critical hold points as part of quality control on projects.
- Inspecting properties to check to build structural integrity.
