Duties and Responsibilities:

- Transact all purchases – receive, verify and processes all payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons and any other acceptable payments.
- Ensure all out going stock/ items/ scripts are scanned and paid for.

Position: Field Visual Merchandiser

Requirements:
- 3+ years management and leadership
- 5+ years proven experience with visual merchandising and display in a Corporate Retail
- 3+ years of experience managing Visual Merchandising for at least 20
- Experience working in a Retail Store environment highly
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to balance creative merchandising with business
- Have a current driver’s licence, a fully functional motor vehicle and an up to date
- Abitlity to travel to up country and Namibia.
Position: Assistant Designer

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / MatricQualification
- Relevant Tertiary Qualificationin Fashion Design or Design is an important pre-requisite.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a design environment.
- Previous experience working in a retail environment is advantageous.
- Working knowledge and experience with adobe suite (Illustrator) is non-negotiable.
- Preference will be given to candidates with an understanding ofgarment construction/manufacturing.

- Together with the Buying Team and Head Designer, deliver seasonal trends and Cad designs and tech packs (Illustrator) in accordance with the strategy for the portfolio.
- Work closely with Buying, design and our local and international manufacturing team.
- Conduct research of local and international trends as required.
- Provide trends and colour forecasts as well as seasonal “moodboards” as required.
- Compile design requirements and specifications along with Technical Drawings.
- CAD new designs with relevant detail for local manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with Fabric Team to create aligned pieces for the collection.
Position: Buyers Assistant

Position: Central Planner
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in central planning, inventory management, or related roles within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing planning systems and driving process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with ERP systems, demand planning software, and advanced Excel skills. (Oracle experience would be a benefit)
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Understanding of retail metrics, financial concepts, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business results and improve profitability.
- Ability to align planning and allocation strategies with broader business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to central planning activities such as inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and service levels.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Perform ad-hoc investigations which will identify areas of improvement and/or unlock business benefits.
