Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: Minimum qualification requirement: 3-year Diploma / Degree in Financial Accounting.
Experience: 1- 2 years Fixed Asset Management and /or Finance.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• To co-ordinate Fixed Asset acquisitions and disposals to ensure a current, accurate and complete Asset Register.
• To maintain the fixed assets, register.
• To assess and evaluate information in order to tests assets for impairment, including sometimes contradicting
  information.
• To conduct physical asset verification.
• To attend to and resolve asset related queries.
• Implement policies and procedures for the environment to ensure compliance.

Position: Space Planner

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: 3 year National Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Experience : 3 – 5 years practical space planning experience in a commercial/corporate office environment.

Key Responsibility Areas:

Oversee space planning within SITA Coordinate all moves/relocations within/between SITA buildings Participate in space planning projects .Records Management

Position: Network Engineer

LOCATION : SITA Cape Town

Closing Date: 22 August 2024

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum:3-year National Diploma/ Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, BCom etc) at NQF level 6.
Certification: CCNA
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in Wide Area Network (WAN), Troubleshooting Technology, Network topology,
Network Design, Application Layer and routing protocols.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Infrastructure management.
• Maintenance of Network Devices
• Provide user support and attend to logged incidents.
• Attend client technical meetings.
• Configuration of network routers and switches.
• Provide inputs to Monthly reports.

Position: Senior Systems Engineer

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Closing Date: 23 August 2024

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
Certification: Certification as a Systems Engineer with Incose will be advantageous.
Experience: 6 -7 years experience in Systems Engineering and the integration of products into functioning
operational environments, including solution development responsibility in a large corporate/public sector
organisation. The applicant must have experience in requirement definition and analysis, the creation of
specifications and the management of system integration by means of a total system lifecycle approach. Extensive
experience with working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers. Experience
in the Defense industry will be advantageous

Key Responsibility Area:

• Lead the requirements definition, specification and design of ICT-based solutions in accordance with ICT
  standards.
• Implementation and support of ICT-based solutions in accordance with ICT standards.
• Provide maintenance and enhancement support of the existing systems.
• Project Management Support.

Position: Quality Assurance Specialist

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Closing Date: 23 August 2024

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: 3-year Diploma/Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology
and/or Engineering)
Certification: ISO 9001:2015 Certification is advantageous.
Experience: 3 – 4 years’ experience in the ICT field, including Quality Management, IT Planning, systems
development / procurement, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of integrated solutions across
multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large
corporate/public sector organisation, including experience in the quality assurance profession.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Ensure that resources (including self) are kept abreast of the latest industry developments and ensure that
  appropriate technologies are used for knowledge management so as to ensure innovation and improved
  productivity.
• Support and analyse ICT standards, best practices and existing governance mechanisms.
• Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with SITA Policy framework.
• Deliver testing according to project plans and governance mechanisms to ensure overall compliance and
  improved service delivery.
