• Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum)
• Programme in Human Resources Management (Essential/Minimum)
2-3 years HR SAP and administrative experience. (Essential/Minimum) Operational
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Register, capture, update, control and maintain People and Performance data
• Ensure data is captured accurately to facilitate availability of information
• File and scan documentation on SAP system and manage archive system
• Follow standardized data input and ensure databases are according to procedural standards
• Conduct quality checks on documentation and system
• Always maintain confidentiality around all documents
• Ensure availability of information
Position: Manager, IM Operations
Location: Limpopo

Minimum Requirements:
• BSc (Hons) Computer Science (Essential/Minimum or)
• B Degree (Hons) (Relevant) (Essential/Minimum)
• Management Development Programme (Essential/Minimum)
10-12 years Proven experience (including at least 5 years management experience at a senior level) and technical expertise in creating and implementing IM strategies. Proven delivery of successful IM projects aligned with long- term business objectives. Strong understanding of mining operations and related technology requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• To provide strategic direction and technical expertise for integrating Information Management (IM) solutions into the Business Unit’s (BU’s) business and mining operations.
• Lead BU’s IM portfolio to ensure availability, reliability, and compliance to IM governance.
• Execute technology initiatives for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Oversee vendor relationships, project management, and strategic alignment.
• Provide leadership to the BU IM team for successful strategy execution and team development.
