Position: Academic Assessment Coordinator

CORE FUNCTIONS:
  • Responsible for the administration of assessments (formative and summative) for an assigned group of programmes; certificates; diplomas, bachelor degrees and postgraduate programmes across platforms in line with assessment policies and procedures.
  • Appoint and allocate assessments to approved examiners/moderators for groups of programmes as assigned; track and notify academics of assessment/moderation bundles and follow up on assigned assessments according to set timelines.
  • Review and sign off assessments before uploading them on the LMS.
  • Processing of payments for examiners and moderators.

Position: Data Product Manager

Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • 8 years’ of managerial experience in data management, business intelligence, analytics or product management in a senior role.
  • Proven experience working with enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, and integration concepts.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI or equivalent).

  • Tracking queries and complaints in accordance with communicated targets and Service Level Agreements (SLA) times.
  • Facilitating the resolution of queries and complaints arising as well as conducting follow-ups emanating from the customer satisfaction surveys.
