Position: Student Accounts Administrator

Job description:
  • Produce plans to achieve debt collection targets on listed accounts
  • Maintain an efficient consulting and feedback relationship with students regarding queries
  • Escalate 3rd party queries to relevant departments
  • Update ITC status on default accounts.
  • Be knowledgeable of company policies and procedures and inform students adequately
  • Achieve sufficient “promise to pays” targets are met and ensure consistent feedback for all students who have made PTP’S
  • Constantly promote various payments options to encourage more monthly payments
  • Knowledge and experience in Demand and ITC Listing process

Position: Website Administrator

Location: Kwazulu Natal

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

•       Grade 12

•       Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

•       2 years’ experience in a Higher Education Institution or similar/related field

CORE FUNCTIONS :
  • Collaborate with content creators to publish and update website content.
  • Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the organisation’s goals and standards.
  • Provide technical support to users encountering issues with the website.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the website from potential threats.
  • Stay informed about the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address vulnerabilities.
  • Ensure the website complies with the relevant privacy and data protection regulations.
  • Utilise web analytics tools to track and analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and performance metrics.
  • Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of the website and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to implement website enhancements and new features.
  • Collaborate with external vendors or service providers as needed.

Position: Data Analyst

Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent qualification

  • A proven track record of performance with at least 1-2 years of increasing Marketing/Customer Marketing/Sales responsibility and strong relationships his/her with customer(s)
  • Fluent English Desired
  • Understands drivers of profitability and margins; uses fact based information (customer data, research, CRM, etc) to make decisions; develops insightful conclusions from complex information.
  • Spends time learning and understanding the student/target market
  • Able to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders (verbally, write ups, presentations)
CORE FUNCTIONS:
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data set
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Responsible for reconciling weekly sales records to finance registrations

Position: Research Coordinator – Honours

Location: Durban

Minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements: At least an Honours Degree (Masters would be advantageous)

  • At least 12 month’s administrative experience
  • Experience within a higher education institution advantageous
CORE FUNCTIONS:
  • Maintain and update the Comprehensive spreadsheet throughout the proposal processing phase
  • Construct the proposal tracker for the new intake and utilize throughout the proposal processing phase
  •  Allocate proposals equally (unless otherwise authorized by the Honours Manager) to the Research Coordinators for internal review
  •  Save the proposal feedback from the Research Coordinators in the student folders

Position: HR Officer (Data Analytics & Content Creation)

Location: Kwazulu Natal

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors’ degree in HRM or Training & Development

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a training or similar role

·      Have a good understanding of the Higher Education

  • Excellent needs analysis knowledge
CORE FUNCTIONS:

     Take responsibility for the co-ordination and implementation of internal & external training initiatives within the institution, in order to drive development in line with organisational needs

·      Work with managers to identify competency needs and skill gaps for support staff

·      Build relationships with relevant universities and learning institutions to deliver quality interventions for support staff

·      Demonstrate trends in learning development field for staff, relevant stakeholders and drive innovation learning and development for support staff in the institution

·      Design and implement in-house training & development programmes for staff to meet identified training needs in accordance with training plans

·      Ensure that appropriate training interventions are aligned with organisational objectives by developing and implementing programmes at work that connect staff with institutional goals, values and objectives

·      Measure return on training investment (ROI)
