A National Diploma in Information Technology
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
responsibilities:
Managing assets and configuring systems.
Contributing to and maintaining system standards.
Operations Coordination
Remediating any problem escalated efficiently and timeously.
Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups, when and if required.
Performing regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Performing daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
Performing regular file archival and purging, as necessary.
Creating, changing, and deleting user accounts per request.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in media and/or Communications and Public Relations
A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience
responsibilities:
Writing and publishing articles and press releases to support local productions storylines.
Writing and publishing articles to support brand platforms.
Writing copy and/or articles for use on web and online platforms.
Finding innovative ways to communicate to press and media.
Setting up and managing the online press office portal.
Liaising with Brand Managers and Marketing specialists to find stories and information for use in daily, weekly and monthly stories and release.
Designing weekly and monthly, seasonal themes for publishing stories to media.
Managing and updating media databases, which includes keeping track of media details and birthdays.

Requirements:
A National Senior Certificate
A National Diploma in Engineering and/or Computer Systems – Recommended
A minimum of 1-2 years experience within a similar role
responsibilities:
Providing technical support during live broadcasts.
Providing technical line-ups,testing, and routing of all incoming live satellite and fibre feeds.
Assisting SNG/ENG crews with repairs and maintenance of their equipment.
Providing first line support to all operational personnel.
Assisting in diagnosing and correcting faults finding down to component level.
Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensuring drawings and documentation are up to date if future installation changes occur
