MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Relevant Higher Certificate (NQF 5) or National Diploma (NQF 6)
- Four years’ relevant experience which includes two years’ full time IR experience and at least two years’ HR Generalist & Benefits experience in a heavy industrial environment
ADVANTAGEOUS:
- Degree or National Diploma in Law or equivalent qualification
- Labour Law exposure and 2 years IR skills implementation at CCMA and Bargaining Council
- Negotiations with Unions
- Computer literate – competent (MS-Office)
- SAP Experience and/or systems exposure
- Driver’s License (minimum B/ Code 08)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Supervision and coordination of IR Processes
- Coordinate and attend disciplinary hearings
- Ensure consistency and compliance by all parties to the Disciplinary Policy, Procedures and Legislation at disciplinary/grievance hearings
- Keep appropriate records of proceedings and outcomes of disciplinary/grievance hearings
- Facilitate the resolution of employee grievances
- Assist line management and employee representatives on conflict resolution and leadership
- Resolve operational IR issues
- Record and compile monthly disciplinary and litigation statistics reports
- Preparation of cases referred externally
Position: MFC Production Operator
Location: Middelburg

Minimum qualifications:
- Grade 12/N3 or N3 that is equivalent to a Grade 12/ Matric (4x Technical subjects or 4x Business subjects and 2x Language subjects)
- 1 year relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s license (minimum B/ Code 8)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Shift work
- Housekeeping on the tap floor and general plant cleaning
- Preparing the tap floor, launders and auxiliaries for tapping molten material
- Operating the tapping drill and/or lancing
- Operating the mud gun
- Tapping the furnace to recover the smelted product
- Taking of samples and temperature with QRT’s
- Prepare of casting bay ingot pan overflows
- Cleaning of launders during tapping to prevent build-up
- Slinging equipment, paste and operate of overhead cranes
- Casting/sealing of launders, platforms, roof panels and other components

- Generate SHEQ system reports to ensure legal compliance and other requirements.
- Compile and maintain the safety compliance file of contractors.
- Monitor the Fire Fighting system.
- Conduct SHEQ Inspections
- Conduct ISO Internal Audits
- Analyse SHEQ information / data to identify trends and take / recommend appropriate action.
- Implement and monitor the adherence to SHEQ Standards according to legal requirements.

- Provide SHEQ training related to the SHEQ systems.

Position: Surveyor Specialist

Minimum qualifications:
- National Diploma / B. Tech Survey
- 4 years’ minimum survey experience which include Construction- and Topographic survey, stockpile quantification and RPAS(UAV) mapping
Additional qualifications:
- Valid remote pilot’s license

- Valid drivers license with no endorsements
- South African Geomatics Council registered (SAGC), previously PLATO – at least at Survey Technician level
