Duties and responsibilities:
- Maintain a systematic and organised filing system for student records, assessment materials and related documents.
- Implement version control for important documents to track changes and updates over time.
- Provide administrative support in the setup and coordination of assessment cycles.
- Collaborate with the Assessment Office to ensure the smooth execution of assessments, including addressing any issues that arise during assessments.
- Complete assessment paperwork before and after assessments.
- Work closely with management and the Academic team to prioritise tasks and assignments to meet deadlines.

Position: CAREER CENTRE CO-ORDINATOR
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum NQF Level 6 Qualification in Human Resources/Marketing/Business.
- 1 – 2 years Career Services experience.
- 1 Sales and Marketing experience.
- Valid driving license
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capture data into the graduate placement worksheet.
- Interview every graduate who will be put forward for possible vacancies by the department.
- Identify and document training and development needs.
- Support graduates during the placement process by doing a follow up with employer at the end of graduate’s first day of work and another follow up with employer after two to four weeks after employment.
- Deliver presentation pack to prospective employers who have placed the graduates and collect placement success stories.
- Coordinate Campus Career Days, Entrepreneurship workshops and Career Expos and source and contact companies to attend present at career expos.
- Coordinate the logistics relating to guest speakers and manage logistics around this and coordinate the receipt for gifts, banners etc.
- Attend graduation ceremonies to collect data for alumni database, compile and update the database with all entrepreneurs for graduates who attended the entrepreneurship workshop.
- Update database with complete details, including: graduate’s new position, title and salary details.
- Request and document company’s feedback on overall impression of candidates presented.
- Write reports on workshops, placements, graduate success etc. for publication by the Communications Department.
Position: HR OFFICER

Minimum Requirements:
Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
4 Years of Human Resources Officer – generalist experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensures adherence to recruitment policies and procedures as well as South African Labour legislation.
- Sets up interviews.
- Conducts competency based Interviews.
- Conducts credential checks.
- Coordinates / administers psychometric assessments and job specific tests.
- Ensure all applicants have had feedback; i.e. regret letters, not successful but keep on data base letters etc.
- Prepares documentation for authorization in terms of approved Advtech Process
- Prepares Offer Letters
- Set up meeting with manager and applicant for Offer to be negotiated
- Upon receipt of the accepted Offer, prepare Contract and On-boarding pack
- Schedule Induction Session
- Schedule HR Induction session for first morning
