REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience as a logistics administrator or in a similar role within a distribution center
- In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Organisational and time management skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To serve as the primary liaison between the Distribution Centre (DC) and the various stores, ensuring the expeditious resolution of all inquiries and requests in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Uphold Pedros People values and leadership principles, ensuring integration across the business and with new hires
- Timely collection of invoices from the Accounts Department
- Reconcile printed invoices against delivery schedule and B2B list for Finance
- Manage Nightshift operations, batch pick slips, and double-check for accuracy
- Facilitate trip planning, create trip sheets, allocate seals, batch driver packs, and meticulously deconstruct invoice packs. Check for stamps, signatures, and lug information, verify trip sheets, and reconcile previous day’s invoices against the Invoice Handover Sheet
- Capture customer orders/B2Bs on the sales order report and ensure timely submission
Position: Project Manager
Location: Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal

- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building and/or quantity surveying
- 4 years Project Management experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Development team with all tasks required in the build of new Pedros stores, or the revamp & remodel of existing stores
- Liaise with Landlords, Franchise Partners, and Operations during store builds
- Plan and setup new store build from Pre Beneficial-Occupation until final completion
- Determine the scope of works for revamp stores
- Programme and scheduling of work by contractors, suppliers, and internal distribution to ensure timeous completion
- Ensure store is built as per plan and specification
- Tender out the project to approved suppliers
- Ensure budgets and feasibility are done and signed off
Position: Human Resource Administrator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support to the HR department, assisting in the day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization’s human resources functions
- Receives and checks employee packs to ensure the relevant documents are completed
- Collaborates with the payroll department and ensures that the correct documents have been submitted before the cut-off date
- Acts as a point of contact for store employees, addressing inquiries and providing information about HR policies and procedures

- Determine the scope of works for revamp stores together with the Project Manager and Procurement Manager (Development).
- Ensure costings are done timeously and budgets are accurate before presenting for approval.
- Ensure Store is built as per plan and specification.
- Tender out the project to approved suppliers.
- Ensure Budgets and Feasibility is done and signed off.
- Engage with new suppliers/contractors regularly.
- Cost engineer different methods of construction to ensure improvements are made.
