Position: Contact Centre Trainee

Location: Midrand

Requirements

Minimum Requirements 

  • Grade 12
  • National Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Studies, Business Administration, Management Studies or relevant equivalent qualification.

Ideal Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Consumer Studies, Business Administration, Management Studies or relevant equivalent qualification.

Experience:

  • 1 year experience in Call Centre or Client Services
responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist customers with enquiries regarding products and services, and account information.
  • Accurately record and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments.
  • Work closely with other team members to meet service level targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving and effective communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and systems.
  • Professionally respond to requests from both external and internal customers.

Position: Inspector- Dangerous Goods X2

Location: Midrand

Closing Date: 25 April 2025

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:

  • National Diploma or Relevant NQF Level 6 Tertiary Education
  • Dangerous Goods Certificate(s)

Ideal Qualification:

  • National Diploma in Safety Management relevant NQF Level 7 qualification
  • Assessor and/ or Moderator Certificate(s)
  • Train-The-Trainer Course/ Certificate

Experience:

  • 3 years experience in  Aviation Safety /Security  or Dangerous Goods
  •  (Dangerous Goods Instructor experience would be advantageous)
responsibilities:
  • Perform job-related administration tasks.
  • Compile and submit management reports as required.
  • Create and maintain a database of allocated clients.
  • Create and maintain a database for non-compliances on the findings register
  • Handle internal and external correspondence through the Manager: Dangerous Goods.
  • Maintain the AVSEC Documents management relating to Dangerous Goods as per the SACAA records management procedures.
