Position: Forklift Driver

Location: Montague Gardens, Western Cape

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Matric
  2. Valid forklift license and certification
  3. Minimum 2 years of forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  4. Knowledge of warehouse operations and stock management
  5. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
  6. Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload stock within the warehouse and distribution centre
  2.  Stack and store goods in the correct storage areas while ensuring proper inventory control
  3. Conduct pre-shift inspections of the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition and report any faults
  4. Assist with stock control, including picking and packing orders accurately
  5. Ensure workplace safety by following all health and safety regulations
  6. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and timely dispatch of goods
  7. Transport pallets and materials within the warehouse and loading bays efficiently
  8. Adhere to standard operating procedures and quality assurance standards
  9. Keep the work environment clean and ensure that aisles, loading docks, and storage areas are free from obstructions

Position: Production Administrator

Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

REQUIREMENTS: 
  1. QSR (Fast food) industry experience – preferred
  2. Experience in Production administration
  3. Experience with Microsoft Office
  4. Sage Software experience – Advantageous
  5. Must have Matric
  6. Tertiary qualification – Advantageous 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Production administration
  2. Keep records updated, Including purchasing Analysis, Yields Document and SO/PO Plan
  3. Organize Weekly shift rosters 
  4. Daily Reporting on Poultry reports 
  5. Conduct daily reconciliation of raw and prepped stock levels 
  6. Manage non-conforming product claims and ensure accuracy in yield documents

Position: Logistics Administrator

Location: Polokwane, Limpopo

REQUIREMENTS: 
  1. Matric
  2. A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  3. Proven work experience as a logistics administrator or in a similar role within a distribution center
  4. In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, including transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  5. Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  6. Organisational and time management skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. To serve as the primary liaison between the Distribution Centre (DC) and the various stores, ensuring the expeditious resolution of all inquiries and requests in strict accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  2. Uphold Pedros People values and leadership principles, ensuring integration across the business and with new hires
  3. Timely collection of invoices from the Accounts Department
  4. Reconcile printed invoices against delivery schedule and B2B list for Finance
  5. Manage Nightshift operations, batch pick slips, and double-check for accuracy
  6. Facilitate trip planning, create trip sheets, allocate seals, batch driver packs, and meticulously deconstruct invoice packs. Check for stamps, signatures, and lug information, verify trip sheets, and reconcile previous day’s invoices against the Invoice Handover Sheet
  7. Capture customer orders/B2Bs on the sales order report and ensure timely submission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Facilitate interview and induction processes
  2. Completing and collating employee documents
  3. Communicating and assisting stores with HR related matters and queries
  4. Assisting with disciplinary enquiries, Department of Labour & CCMA cases
  5. Assist to implement and improve systems and procedures related to the HR department
  6. Review HR policies and improve / adjust / align when necessary to create consistency across the Group
  7. Ensure HR policies are implemented and maintained by all parties

Position: Bookkeeper

Location:
Newlands East, KwaZulu-Natal

REQUIREMENTS: 
  1. Relevant qualification in accounting/finance
  2. Experienced in the full bookkeeping function including the preparation of monthly management accounts (not just printing off a system but experienced in the analysis and adding in commentary/ notes to justify variances etc)
  3. Experience with Pastel Evolution, Sage 50/ Sage 200 or similar system – advantageous
  4. FMCG, Fast Food or retail industry experience – advantageous
  5. Full MS Office
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Financial reporting, maintaining fixed asset registers, the accounting function, implementing SOP’s and analysis of financial reports
  2. Financial reporting: Collate, prepare and interpret reports
  3. Review the accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
  4. Inventory valuation and verification of count sheets
  5. Ensuring tax compliance and compliance with statutory regulations
  6. Audit process and ensuring financial statements are completed
  7. Managing budgets and variance analysis
  8. Implement internal controls and SOP’s
  9. Liaising with the operations team
