Position: Operations Service Quality Analyst

Location: Gauteng

Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (3 years-360 credits)
  • is essential.
  • 2-3 years business operational experience is essential.
  • 2-3 years airport operations supervisory experience is essential.
  • Basic proficiency of MS Office packages.
Key Performance Output:
  • Provide relevant and specialized support to relevant stakeholders to ensure the achievement of objectives.
  • Build, support, and maintain healthy, diverse internal & external relationships to ensure achievement of organizational goals. 
  • Manage, monitor and ensure adequate system resource levels.
  • Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standard, policies and procedures. Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Manage SLA with services provider in airport (airlines, government). Manage that work is executed in accordance with contract (time frame, SLA, Scope, quality, budget).
  • Manage and track OPEX and CAPEX budget. Manage adherence to all procurement processes.
  • Implement and manage people development initiatives such as performance management, succession planning and talent management to ensure team performance meet Required standards.

Position: IMC Controller

Location: Western Cape

Technical Skills and Experience:
  • The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • National certificate in Technical, Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance
  • A code 8 driver’s license with driving experience is essential.
  • 3 years’ technical operations experience is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • A trade test completion is recommended.
Key Performance Outputs:
  • Monitor progress to ensure on-time performance of unplanned maintenance activities.
  • Compile and submit shift reports.
  • Ensure that all affected stakeholders are up to date with the outage activities in their area.
  • Monitor the technical systems and handle faults and alarms accordingly.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are allocated with reference numbers for future progress tracking purposes.
  • Perform first line diagnostic or trouble shooting of technical faults in conjunction with technicians and operators.
  • Communicate unplanned maintenance and provide feedback to operations, engineering and airport users.

Position: Car Park Attendant

Location: Gauteng

Technical Skills and Experience:
  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is essential.
  • 1 year operational experience is essential 
  • Code-B motor vehicle license 
  • Basic proficiency of MS Office packages
Key Performance Output   :
  • Patrol Car Park areas in order to monitor functionality and cleanliness of car park equipment and report non-compliance.
  • Remove coin and note jams from pay stations as and when required.
  • Follow up on all reported non-compliance to ensure remedial action has been taken.
  • Notify relevant personnel in case of emergencies occurrences.
  • Routine inspections, maintenance and reporting of equipment.
  • Monitor and report non-compliance in terms of infrastructure.
  • Monitor and replenish consumables as well as removal of ticket jams.
  • Participate in ad hoc services as and when required.
  • Ensure proper handover to next shift to limit disruptions.

Position: Executive Administrator- Commercial and Business Development

Location: Gauteng

Technical Skills and Experience:
  • Diploma in Office Administration is essential. 
  • 4-5 years relevant operational experience within functional discipline is essential.
  • Code B; Motor Vehicle Licence
  • MS Office at intermediate level.
Key Performance Output:
  • Monitor stock levels and purchase stationery and sundry for the office.
  • Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships (including government and highprofile delegates) to ensure achievement of organisational goals.
  • Respond to request, queries and complaints as and when required. Escalate to relevant personnel when unresolved.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in relevant forums.
  • Acts as liaison between the executive, subordinates or others, by transmitting directives, instructions and assignments and following up on the status of assignments.
  • Assist key executives to make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents, serving as liaison between them and other board members.
