Position: Consultant – Company Secretary

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Qualifications:

Education:
–    Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s Degree (CIS/Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce/Legal)
–    Company Secretary professional registration preferred
–    Fluent in spoken English

Experience:
–    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a legal function or a company secretary function.
–    Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
–    Experience in communicating across various levels of organisations.
–    Experience working in environments with changing priorities
–    Experience working in a medium to large organisation

Responsibilities:

–    Support the co-ordination of governance structures across Operating subsidiaries and entities (Opco’s).
–    Support and enable compliance for various exchange authorities’ requirements including preparation of the annual compliance documents.
–    Review and update governance documents (e.g. Memoranda of Incorporation and Articles of Association, or equivalent in the relevant jurisdiction, Board and committees’ terms of references, policies) to ensure alignment with the regulatory changes.
–    Coordinate the review of governance documents and frameworks (e.g. Shareholders Agreements etc) with various stakeholders within the Opco 

Position: Graduate – Human Resources

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Job Requirements (Education  and Competencies):
  • Undergraduate (final year) or Fresh graduate – Human Resources, Business Administration, Business management and Law. etc.
  • Must have passed with a minimum of 3 principals at (A) level – average Grade 80+%
Key Performance Areas:
  • Provide input to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives when required 
  • Facilitate ad hoc meetings with relevant stakeholders as and when required  
  • Escalate issues that will result in severe time, scope, productivity and cost or resource impact 
  • Provide input into all projects initiated (internal or global) 
  • Prepare documentation required for sign-off/ decision making regarding tactical changes 
  • Support in execution and alignment with the functional strategy 
  • Report on an ad hoc basis on specific projects as required 
  • Type reports according to required formats

Position: Sales Agent

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Education:
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
Global Experience Standards :
  • At least 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar role (inbound and outbound) 
  • Minimum 2 years’ recent experience in ISP sales 
  • Must be self-motivated and Target driven 
  • Must have excellent time management skills, positive attitude and be organized 
  • Understanding of sales processes and dynamics. 
  • A commitment to excellent customer service. 
  • Excellent English and Afrikaans written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. 
  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook, especially Excel 
Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information about product features, pricing, promotions, and terms of service.
  • Maintain a very low monthly inflight cancellation rate to enhance customer satisfaction

Position: Analyst – Reporting

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Minimum Requirements:

Education:
•    3-year Degree / Diploma in Commerce (Marketing /Finance/Economics/Commerce/Statistics) or related
•    Industry experience or functional experience an advantage
•    Analytical skills

Training:
•    Advanced analytics
•    Systems training (platforms e.g. SAS, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel etc.) advantageous

Global Experience Standards (5)
•    Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialisation; 
•    Experience working in a medium to large organization 

Key Performance Areas: 

•    Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on the Company’s performance pertaining to various areas of business including but not limited to the Prepaid Segment Consumer Business Unit
•    Extract data from various data sources, including databases and data systems, for reporting and analysis purposes;
•    Provide insights to departments on the trends, values and attributes that emerge from the reports compiled;
•    Maintain reports and dashboards to meet the specific needs of the Prepaid Segment Consumer Business Unit and teams to all levels of leadership;
•    Provide the company with timely and accurate ad-hoc reports and analysis;
•    Keep up to date with current business model and processes of the company;
