Position: Senior Project Manager

LOCATION : SITA Centurion

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline – at least NQF level 6.
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Prince 2 Practitioner Certification and/or Agile PM
Practitioner or equivalent certification
Experience: A minimum of 7-8 years working experience, including: • At least 4 years Project management
experience managing complex projects, • At least 4 years working experience in an IT environment and • At least
4 years in public sector IT environment.

Key Responsibility Area:

• INITIATION PROJECT – Effectively applies project management principles to Initiate and Plan the project.
• MANAGE PRODUCT DELIVERY – Manage product delivery to ensure successful delivery of the project
• PROJECT CONTROL – Monitor and Control project activities to ensure successful delivery of the project
  objectives within budget, scope, time and quality according to plan.
• PROJECT CONTROL-FINANCE – Consolidate, Monitor and control Project costs and revenue to ensure delivery
  of the Project within budget and profitability guidelines.
• PROJECT CONTROL-RISK – Monitor and Control project risks and issues.
• PROJECT CLOSURE – Close Project according to company policy.

Position: Network Engineer

LOCATION : SITA East London

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum:3-year National Diploma/ Degree in IT related field (Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, B Com etc) at NQF level 6.
Certification: CCNA
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in Wide Area Network (WAN), Troubleshooting Technology, Network Topologies,
Network Design, Application Layer and Routing protocols.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Infrastructure management.
• Maintenance of Network Devices
• Provide user support and attend to logged incidents.
• Attend client technical meetings.
• Provide inputs to Monthly reports.
• Configuration of network routers and switches.

Position: Practitioner- ETDP

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Closing Date: 04 February 2025

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: 1 – 2-year National Certificate in ETDP/ NQF level 5 or accredited specialised courses Plus Assessor
training.
Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in an ICT and Training environment. Experience in conducting ICT training,
maintaining training material and in e-learning development.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Maintain training material
• Facilitate learning by using a variety of methodologies.
• Pre-Training administration.
• Post training Admin.

Position: Business Analyst

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Closing Date: 04 February 2025

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: 3 year National Higher Diploma / Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Technology and Engineering or related IT field / NQF level 6
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in business and systems analysis, business process management and business
process engineering/reengineering. Including: experience in business modelling. experience in business
architecture. experience in business specification development (URS, BRS, FDS) experience in solution architecture.
experience in conducting research and feasibility study. experience in applying best practice.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver
  changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
• Deliver services according to project plans and architectural and governance mechanisms to ensure overall
  compliance and improved service delivery.
• Create business requirements analysis and design work packages for integrated software components, taking
  into consideration SITA’s software development stack and doing this in accordance with ICT standards and the
  enterprise architecture for Government.
• Model Target Business Solution Specification in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture
  for Government.

Position: Payroll Manager

LOCATION : SITA Erasmuskloof

Closing Date: 03 February 2025

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum: Degree and/or National Diploma (NQF 6/7) in Finance or Payroll. A postgraduate qualification (NQF 8)
in Finance or Payroll will be an advantage.
Experience: 6 – 7 years relevant experience in Payroll role of which 3 years should be at a supervisory or
management level. Experience in managing 3rd party payment i.e. PAYE, medical aid, etc. will be an added
advantage.

Key Responsibility Area:

• Manage the performance objectives of the Payroll department and empower staff to enable them to deliver on
  their performance goal to ensure the department achieves its objectives.
• Review policies, processes and procedures and continuously improve the functioning of the department.
• Finance Payroll Management.
• Manage stakeholder satisfaction levels.
• Manage performance and risk management
