Minimum requirements:
- Academic qualifications:
- A Master’s Degree in Education.
- Experience:
- Knowledge in the area of Educational Foundation subjects, which include technology assisted methods.
- Ability to mark assessment activities online.
Key performance areas/Core functions:
- Mark online assessment activities at undergraduate level with specialization in the FET/GET learning area.
- Work interdependently with others and adhere to set due dates for submission of marks.
- Must have theoretical and practical knowledge in Educational Foundation subjects to be able to mark scripts online.
- Must have ample technology skills and access to sufficient data to mark online.
Position: Part Time Compliance Officer (X2)

FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

Minimum Requirements:
- Academic Qualification:
Diploma in Food Operations Management, Environmental Health (NQF level 6). - Experience:
Two years of experience in compliance, preferably in a food service environment.
Critical Performance Areas:
Compliance and Reporting
- Conduct compliance checks in line with health and safety, food safety, and operational standards.
- Support the Quality Control Inspector in audits and investigations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on compliance status.
Regulatory Adherence - Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines, food safety regulations, and workplace safety standards.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and advise on necessary adjustments.
Position: Project Associate
Duration: 46 Weeks
Project: RTMC-RTTA Canteen, Boekenhoutskloof Campus
FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCES

Minimum Requirements:
Academic Qualification:
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (NQF Level 8)
- Candidates must be registered for Master’s degree qualification in 2024 within the Department of Management & Entrepreneurship.
Experience:
Two years of experience as a Project Associate.
Critical Performance Areas:
- Serve as the central point of contact for team communication and updates.
- Ensuring that all correspondences are professional and in line with the standards and protocols of the Centre.
- Respond appropriately to queries related to projects by providing advice,
information/documentation where required. - Coordination of project activities throughout the project’s life cycle.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the team.
- Adhering to project standards as defined by the project leader or client.
- Consolidate and maintain & ensure proper record-keeping for all projects.
- Implementation of agreed initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensures that processes required to deliver the outputs of the relevant project are developed, implemented and adhered to.
- Deliver ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Head of the Centre.
