requirements:
· National Higher Diploma or BSC / B Tech in Mining Engineering
· Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency
· At least five (5) years’ management experience in underground hard rock mining environment
· A proven track record of solid production performance at Mine Overseer or Section Manager level
· Demonstrate solid Safety achievements at Mine Overseer or Section Manager level will be an advantage
Key performance areas:
· Maintaining and improving stakeholders and employee relationships
· Building a strong motivated management team and workforce in area of responsibility
· Enhance effective and efficient work practices and systems by optimizing all available resources, i.e. people, technology, finance and available ore reserves
· Meeting set production targets (i.e. Mine Plan in line with approved Business Plan)
· Liaise with Mine Technical Services to ensure production deliverables are measured accurately
· Conduct monthly planning and resource sections according to plan
· Monitor contractor risk and safety management performance and ensure critical risks and hazards are continuously identified, controlled and managed
Position: Serviceman Electrician
Location: Eland

requirements:
· NQF level 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Adult Senior Certificate) with English literacy or N2 in Electrical Engineering studies
· Serviceman/Aide Certificate of Competency (Electrical)
At least two (2) to three (3) years’ relevant experience in the mining environment:
· Experience in the PGM mineral processing plant environment would be advantageous
Key performance areas:
· Assist in investigating, diagnosing and performing related maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery according to the maintenance requirements, standards and specifications
· Assist in performing inspections in accordance with company standards and procedures and report all defects and breakdowns on equipment and machinery to the artisan or supervisor
· Assist in ensuring that all installations and equipment are safe and in good working order even after task completion
· Escalate any activities or operation of equipment that affects production
· Support the achievement of engineering availability and production performance levels
