Position: Trainer 

Location: Emalahleni, Mpumalanga

Qualifications, experience and other competencies required:

• Driver’s License (EB) and own reliable transport
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel is essential
• Grade 12
• Facilitator registration with ETDP SETA
• Assessor registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA
• Moderator registration with ETDP SETA & SASSETA will be an advantage
• General Security Practices (GSO) at NQF 3
• Minimum 3-5years experience and full knowledge related to the training environment
• No Criminal Record or pending cases
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Attention to details.
• Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills – English/Zulu and other languages.
• Solid attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information
• To participate in various ad-hoc projects where necessary
• Must have own reliable transport

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

• Present, assess and facilitate training interventions according to Industry and internal standards to as per QMS and best practices.
• Coach and guide learners on learnerships to ensure competence standards are achieved as per programmed objectives, learning outcomes, or unit standard outcomes.
• Comply with curriculum and training interventions within area of responsibility via effective facilitation and assessment methods.
• Compliance with legislative and Quality Assurance guidelines that includes but are not limited to: SASSETA / PSIRA / NKP/ SAPS / DoL / PFTC/ CAA / QCTO etc.

Position: Security Supervisor

Location: Ermelo, Mpumalanga

Closing Date :24 January 2025

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum Grade 12 / Standard 10
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • PSIRA registered (Grade A or B)
Key Performance Areas:
  • Constantly evaluating risks / threats and making recommendations to the Client to counter these.
  • Ensuring that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the Client.
  • Maintaining good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and the Client with regard to security services rendered.
  • Managing the response and investigation of serious incidents such as theft from premises, vehicle theft, armed robberies, breaking and entering etc.
  • Liaising daily with Operations management on various operational issues.
  • Submitting relevant weekly / monthly incident and general reports as required by Fidelity Management and client..
  • Assisting the Fidelity Operations Management and Client in special events, adhoc requests and any and all investigations.
  • Dealing with all required administration matters.
  • Ensuring that all shifts are covered on a daily basis.

Position: Business Analyst (IT)

Location: Midrand, Gauteng

Closing Date: 13 January 2025

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Post Matric Qualification Grade 12 (minimum)
  • Business Analyst Certification
  • Process mapping Certification.
  • Knowledge of banking industry processes. Banking certification would be an advantage.
  • 5 years of proven track record of working as Business Analyst on Finance and IT projects
  • Proving strong quantitative abilities
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Showing knowledge of standard accounting procedures
  • Excellent analytical, multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills.
  • Solid communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills required to interact with colleagues and clients both at a high-level and at a detailed level.
  • Keen interest in understanding new technologies and solving problems.
  • Ability to play an integral part in project delivery given tight constraints and uncompromising quality.
  • Effective presentation, documentation and report writing skills.
  • Professional and well always presented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and for extended hours, if required

Main Duties:
  • Elicit requirements using workshops, document analysis and evaluation of existing and new systems.
  • Business/system process mapping techniques
  • Create User Interface diagrams.
  • Perform post deployment testing to ensure that the system performs perfectly in production.
  • Developing a clear understanding of all existing data requirements
  • Running specific analysis projects
  • Improving the quality of the products and services delivered by IT.
  • Assisting with integration and facilitating user acceptance testing
  • Review testing results to ensure correct functionality is implemented.

Position: Crime Analyst

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Closing Date: 15 January 2025

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:

Data Collection & Management:  

  • Gathering Crime Data: Collecting crime reports, incident logs, arrest records, and other relevant information from various sources. 
  • Data Standardization: Ensuring consistency in the data for accurate comparisons and analysis across different times, locations, or crime types. 
  • Database Management: Maintaining secure, up-to-date databases for storing crime-related information 

Crime Pattern Identification 

  • Trend Detection: Analyzing patterns in crime data to identify emerging trends (e.g., increases in specific types of crime in particular areas or at certain times).  
  • Hot Spot Analysis: Identifying geographic areas with high concentrations of criminal activity for targeted intervention.
  • Temporal Analysis: Looking for patterns over time, such as seasonal spikes in crime or specific times when certain crimes are more frequent. 

Crime Forecasting & Predictive Analysis 

  • Forecasting Crime: Using statistical models to predict future crime occurrences based on historical data.
  • Risk Assessment: Identifying potential risk factors for crime in various areas, such as economic conditions, population density, or known criminal activity. 
  • Predictive Policing: Recommending proactive policing strategies based on predicted crime trends.

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Programme requirements:
