Position: Legal Counsel – Data Privacy

Qualifications:
Admitted attorney or advocate, or equivalent
Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent
Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E or CIPP/A), Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO) or equivalent is an advantage
Experience:
3 – 6 years of post-qualification legal experience, with recent expertise in privacy compliance, preferably in a big law firm or corporate environment
Experience working within a multinational corporate environment, preferably in the FMCG sector
Experience with information technology systems and data management, along with a background in program design and execution, is an advantage
Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- BCom Honours degree in Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent.
- Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA(SA)) / Certified Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) would be advantageous.
- 3-5 years of management accounting experience.
- Experience in inventory financial management would be advantageous.
Key Outputs and Accountabilities:
Prepare the raw material analyses for CCBSA to supplement the Cost of Goods Sold (CoGS) insights.
Prepare and consolidate CoGS commentary across the respective financial statements for submission at month-end.
Prepare the monthly presentations for the CCBSA commodity performance and outlook as input into the business review.
Prepare the monthly commodity reporting and dashboard to highlight key risks and opportunities regarding supply and pricing.
Provide input into the revision of CoGS reporting processes and templates to drive delivery of efficient insights across the business.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric or N3 (Refrigeration/electrical).
- Registered Trade Test – Refrigeration.
- Minimum requirement: 2 years’ experience in refrigeration/vending/fountain in the field (maintenance and repairs of commercial fridges).
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence (must currently be driving). Code 10 will be an added advantage.
