Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should hold a B Degree and/or 3-year tertiary qualification in the relevant field plus 1-2 years’ management experience in the Human Capital Management experience; A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage; Computer literacy and valid driver’s licence are essential.
Duties:
The incumbents will be providing a Human Capital Performance Management Systems, Employment Wellness Programmes, Training and Development; Equip employees to fulfil their roles in early recognition, intervention and appropriate referral to EWP; Market EWP at all levels; Facilitate skills development in accordance with the needs of SASSA; Manage all transformation issues (HIV/Aids, Employment Equity, etc.); Manage the resources of the Unit, e.g.; Financial Management and Staff; Planning and work organization of the Unit.
Position: Labour Relations Practitioner

Minimum Requirements:
Candidate should hold a relevant Diploma (NQF Level 6) / Degree (NQF Level 7); 1-2 years’ experience in the relevant field; Computer literacy is essential / prerequisite; Knowledge of Public Service legislations and Human Capital Management processes; Understanding of CCMA rules and processes will be an advantage; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
Duties:
The incumbent will conduct investigations on misconduct allegations and grievances and draft comprehensive reports; Represent the employer at disciplinary hearings and at CCMA; Assist in conducting research and preparation for CCMA hearings; Conduct training on labour
relations policies and workshop collective agreements to all employees; Render advisory services to the employer and employees; Collate, analyse data and formulate management information reports on misconduct cases, grievances, appeals, and disputes; Handle logistical arrangements for Organised Labour Forum meetings and draft minutes; Supervise staff.
Position: Document Management Administrator(X3)
Location : Records Management Centre (RMC), Pinetown

The incumbent will be receiving beneficiary files, capturing applications; Quality assurance of documents; Archiving, transfers, destruction and filing of beneficiary documentation; exceptions management; extractions of documents; helpdesk support

Duties:
The incumbent will assist in the administration of Social Grants at Local Office Level; Effectively screen all grant applications; Capture applications on the system; Provide customer care; Process other grant documentation / perform other grants administration functions; Conduct quality control on grant applications and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
