Position: Installation Technician

Location: Western Cape

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 or Equivalent
• Relevant qualification
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the hygiene industry or similar
• Must have experience in installations 
• Must have a valid Drivers License 
• Good communication, reporting and admin skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct installations, repairs and removals of hygiene equipment.
• Repair all washroom equipment, including washroom equipment on customer sites. 
• Install equipment according to the specified safe/standard operating procedure and take note of any client specifications as well.
• Ensure that all Installations, repairs and removals allocated for the day and the month are completed on time, effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure that all documentation e.g. service records and Installations advises are completed correctly.
• Ensure that the client signs proof of delivery and documents are returned to the office.

Position: Washroom Packer

Location: Western Cape

Minimum Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

Logistic Certificate or Relevant Qualification 

2-3 years experience in a similar role

Attention to detail

Duties & Responsibilities

Preparing and packing orders for shipment.
Check damages and report to the Operations Manager.
Handle pick tickets/orders from washroom team.
Compare and inspect physical items pulled to the requirements of the picking slip.
Pack/wrap orders as required by item/delivery type, and prepares for shipment.
Ensure that orders are staged correctly for each delivery.
Participate in conducting washroom inventory counts as required.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.

Position: Cashbook Clerk

• 2 – 5 years experience as a Cashbook Clerk or similar role

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Update collections and bank balances daily 
• Prepare weekly and monthly recons for each bank
• Submit payment requisitions for payment
• Ensure that all intercompany accounts are balanced each month
• Filing of supplier invoices and proof of payments to be kept up to date
• Attend to supplier accounts reconciliation and resolving of queries

Position: Catering Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
