Position: SENIOR FEE INCOME CONTROLLER

Requirements:
A Matric Certificate and studying toward or having completed a relevant diploma/ degree qualification.
At least 5 years credit control, 3 years cash book and bookkeeping up to trial balance experience is essential.
Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Mail “usage reports” and invoices to the clients;
⦁ Run month end reports for reconciliation purposes;
⦁ Open new account holders on accounts receivable system and Magic, and capture cash received;
⦁ Prepare general ledger journals, obtain approval, and process on Accpac;
⦁ Liaise with (Pensions, CIS & Insurance), IT, Actuarial departments and external stakeholder;
⦁ Attend to all queries received from Industry and follow up on outstanding payments where required;
⦁ Monitor accounts payments on bank statements daily;
⦁ Assist with all the duties of the Fee Income Controller;
⦁ Assist with system development and enhancements under the guidance of HOD: Finance;
⦁ Assist HOD: Finance with special requests as and when required.
Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ACCOUNTANT

Requirements:
A Matric Certificate plus Bcom Accounting degree or equivalent qualification completed articles will be an added advantage.
- At least five years’ experience in accounts payable, and general ledger reconciliation and analysis.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer Literacy and knowledge of accounting software packages.
- Dedication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of spreadsheet package.
Key Performance Areas:
- Attend to suspense account entries that need to be cleared before month end closes.
- Provide a report of any wasteful/irregular expenditure to the Senior Finance Manage.
- Prepare year end closure accounts such as lease accounting, accruals and prepayments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements.
- Attend to the recording of foreign payments.
- Assist other staff with their duties in their absence.
- Provide other departments with information as required regarding expenditure.
- Perform any adhoc requests from Senior personnel and prioritizes.
- Assist with queries of internal and external auditors when necessary.
Position: JUNIOR PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Requirements:
A Matric Certificate plus a post matric qualification in Commerce/Finance/Procurement/Logistics/Administration or equivalent. Experience in supply chain management will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Areas:
- Receive and process requisitions from various departments;
- Request, receive, manage and evaluate quotations;
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure that they are approved on the appropriate level before they are placed;
- Receive goods delivered by suppliers and ensure items are delivered to the correct department;
- Assist in tender management;
- Liaise with Senior Procurement Officers, Tender Administrators, the FSCA departments and suppliers.
Position: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

Requirements:
Studying towards or are in possession of a Tertiary Qualification (Banking, Business Management, Public Administration, Social Science, etc.) 5 years’ experience in the financial sector and basic understanding of the FSTC GN500 Standards for Consumer Education, including client/customer relations experience
Key Performance Areas:
⦁ Build and manage relationships with internal and external key stakeholders;
⦁ Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on Foundation-funded projects and donor funding requirements;
⦁ Communicate and liaise with donors about Foundation-funded project activation schedules and distribute invitations for project attendance;
⦁ Conduct monthly meetings with Project Leaders and Finance to discuss and update project funding and expenses statement;
⦁ Communicate with and obtain reports from Project Leaders (Quarterly and Monitoring and Evaluation Reports)
⦁ Attend some project workshops/seminars;
⦁ Liaise with relevant individuals to provide progress updates and/or information of specific requirements discussed in Foundation Sub-Committee and/or Board meetings;
⦁ Gather, capture and submit information for the evaluation process of the Financial Sector Transformation Council’s GN500 Standards for Consumer Education to the verification agency;
⦁ Assist with the Foundation’s general administrative responsibilities.
Position: RECEPTIONIST / SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR

Requirements:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12), 1-year Higher Certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent certificate) NQF 5, with at least minimum 3 years’ experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant or Call Centre Operator or Contact Centre Operator.
Key Performance Areas:
– Customer centricity (customer service for good customer experience),
– Receive visitors and contractors, and register them on the electronic visitor management system,
– Communicate to staff and visitors professionally and effectively,
– Operate the switchboard professionally by directing all phone calls correctly,
– Record and distribute messages electronically via email, and telephonically (MS Teams),
– Capture incoming and outgoing mail, and parcels on the electronic mail tracking system,
– Ensure general tidiness and cleanliness at the reception area,
– Check and monitor the switchboard telephone system,
– Adhere to departmental service delivery standards.
