Responsibilities:

• Keyword research – assist with optimising website content and content briefs based on basic keyword research
• OnPage Optimisation – write meta data, meta descriptions, SEO titles, internal links implementation and image alt texts
• Technical SEO – basic understanding and familiar with assisting with some fixes like 404’s and 301 implementations
• CMS experince – experience in publishing on WordPress or other CMS’s e.g. like content blogs and basic landing pages
• Reporting – created or assisted with basic monthly SEO reports to monitor performance and identify gaps and successes

Position: Control Room Operator

• Completed matric
• PSIRA Registered
• Advanced Computer Literacy and report writing skills.
• At least 12 months control room experience.
• Availability to work 12 hour shifts – 2 days day shift (06h00 – 18h00), 2 days night shift (18h00 – 06h00) and 4 days off.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of alarm-based applications;
• Monitoring of live streaming CCTV;
• Daily CCTV and other system checks;
• Data capturing (Reports and Incidents);

• Compliance: Guarantee that drivers meet all quality prerequisites, conducting periodic assessments of drivers in the field and escalating where compliance is not met.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on Independent Contractor performance and KPIs. Utilise data-driven insights to propose enhancements for Independent Contractor performance and ratings.
