Position: SERVICE DESK OFFICER (M -Band)

Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer information systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in a services desk unit.
- Some experience in a volume driven processing centre environment will be an advantage
- Must have working knowledge of service desk operations to fulfil the respective roles or assist as and when required
Primary Duties:
- Customer query handling
- Issue resolution
- Change request processing
- Follows and complies with defined processes for the environment
- Identifies and escalates requests and exceptions where necessary
- Communicate policies to the client with regards to support
- Allocates all logged service requests to the correct support group/person.
Position: Sewer Pump Station General Worker x6
Location: Glenvista

Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12 or Equivalent •Previous Sewer Pump Station experience •Physically and Medical fit. |
Primary Duties:
•Signing of the Pump Station Register. •Pump Station Weekly Inspection •Sweep floors (if required) in each Pump Station Visit. •Wash floors and Walls (if required) weekly. •Dusting of the electrical Panels weekly •Washing handrails weekly •Remove all litter from site and dump in demarcated bins. •Clean the Yard of Pump Stations (Doing of the garden e.g., cutting the grass) as and when required. |
Position: Mechanical Assistant x6
Location: Glenvista
Closing date: 22 October 2024
Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering. •N6 in Mechanical Engineering will be advantages. •Knowledge of Mechanical tools and equipment’s. •Ability to do minor mechanical repairs. •Mechanical Trade Test will be advantageous •Knowledge of OSHA and safe working procedures |
Primary Duties:
•Carrying of hand tools.
•To clean up workshops and work areas when job is completed.
•Assist in basic mechanical repairs to production machines.
•Conduct plants and pump station mechanical inspections and report any unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
•Assist on ensuring that health and safety adhere to it.
