Position: Junior IT Technician/Tech Support

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related field.
  • At least 2 – 3 years of previous experience in IT support.
  • Must be in procession of a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively.
  • Strong technical skills and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment and infrastructure.
  • Assist with technical projects and initiatives as required.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on IT systems and software

Position: Creditors Clerk

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • A tertiary qualification in a financial field would be an advantage.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a Creditors Clerk or in a similar role. 
  • Proficient in accounting software (Pastel Evolution) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high degreee of accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses.
Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with vendors regarding payment inquiries.
Assist with month-end closing tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
Assist with ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as needed

Position: Spa Manager

Location: Hartbeespoort, North West

Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Spa management or a similar role
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable motor vehicle.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and services
Familiarity with scheduling and payroll systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the spa and increase revenue.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming spa environment for both staff and customers
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the spa’s offerings and services
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Position: Hotel General Manager

Location:
Tzaneen, Limpopo

Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Must have a tertiary qualification in hotel management.
  • Must have 4 Star and 5 Star hotel experience as a General Manager – not negotiable.
  • Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of the workings of a fine dining kitchen.
  • Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of a wine cellar.
  • Must be comfortable in managing and maintaining large gardens.
  • Must have appreciation for art. Antiques and valuable objects.
  • Must be able to cook a number of restaurant quality dishes him or herself.
  • Must be in possession of a valid Driver’s license and own reliable motor vehicle.
  • Good knowledge of hotel PMS systems, such as Protel, Opera, etc.

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • A tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field would be preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in Call Centre management, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and coaching skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of improving Call Centre operations and customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in call centre software and technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze Call Centre performance metrics, such as call wait times, call abandonment rates, bookings and customer satisfaction scores
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of call centre operations.
  • Ensure that Reservationists are following company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Prepare and present reports on Call Centre performance and operational effectiveness to senior management
