Position: Coordinator IT Compliance

requirements:
  • Diploma in Administration/Information Technology is essential.
  • 1 year experience operational in administration is essential
  • 2 years operational experience in IT Coordination is essential
  • Valid Code B driver’s license is essential.
  • MS Office proficiency on an intermediate level
Key Performance OutputS:
  • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Report non-compliance and coordinate implementation of corrective actions.
  • Establish IT policy awareness programme.
  • Follow up on status of existing audit findings.
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors.
  • Ensure Internal Control Framework is updated.
  • Coordinate internal audit reports as well as monitor of audit finding against area of operation.
  • Monitor critical audit finding against area of operation.
  • Co-ordinate initiatives to manage risks

  • The successful candidate must have a valid Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent and experience, based on the job requirements, within the position.

  • National Senior Certificate Grade 12 is Essential
  • Knowledge of skills required to perform a variety of primarily manual tasks.
Key Performance OutputS:
  • Adhere to relevant statutory/legislative regulations, SOP’s, operational standards, policies and practices. 
  • Mitigation of risk to limit injuries. 
  • Managing the company’s risk exposure through identifying, implementing, and maintaining risk control measures to minimise company’s liability.
  • Compile and submit general operational constraints reports. 
  • Report on trolley stock levels. 
  • Counting of trolleys as required
  • Liaison and engage with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations. 
  • Engage and assist customers when required.

Position: Stakeholder Relations Consultant

requirements:
  • A National Diploma (3 years – 360 credits NQF 6) in Public Relations/Communication/Marketing is essential.
  • 4 to 5 years operational experience in stakeholder management or Communication is essential.
  • Microsoft Office at advanced level.

Key Performance OutputS:
  • Conduct an integrated Stakeholder Relations and partnership management approach, using standard tools and practices to provide aligned interactions with all Stakeholders.
  • Support the development of Stakeholder Relations and Partnership Strategies to guide ACSA overall engagements in line with Organisational strategies.
  • Support the development of stakeholder and partnership management engagement policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for development and Implementation partnership engagement matrix measurement mechanism.

Position: Administrator- Infrastructure and Asset Management

requirements:
  • National Senior Certificate NQF Level 4 is essential.
  • 1-2 years’ Operational experience in Operations is essential.
  • Post Matric Qualification in Facilities Management / Supply Chain Management / Project Management is advantageous.

  • Code 8 driver’s license 
Key Performance Outputs:
  • Provide administrative support during the implementation of interventions.
  • Monitor stock levels and purchase stationary and /or sundry for the office.
  • Monitor of OPEX and CAPEX expenditure.
  • Generate procurement orders.
  • Work with petty cash and invoices.
  • Ensure that relevant policies and standard operating procedures (or adverts) are up to date on relevant systems/intranet.
