Position: Quality Assurance Technician

Minimum Requirements:

National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or equivalent relevant to the job e.g. Packaging technology / Food Science etc.
1 to 3 years in a manufacturing environment
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Carries out Audits in the Warehouse and Dispensary to ensure that GMP is adhered to.
  • Is responsible for processing material returns advice and supervises removal of poor quality material from site.
  • Drive packaging supplier approval with supply management
  • Ensures that all transactions are recorded on SAP daily.
  • Ensure that all packaging suppliers are compliant with required QA certification/audits
  • Provide statistical data for SPC and process capability for inbound materials
  • Provide technical support and expertise to suppliers for capability assessment, innovation execution, QMS application

Position: Diesel Mechanic Assistant

Grade 12 Mechanical Engineering

Diesel Mechanic Trade Test as an added advantage

Mechanical / Auto electrical knowledge and experience on Isuzu trucks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs and maintenance on trucks and other machinery as requested by the Transport Manager,

Ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently

Ensure that daily and weekly cleaning of the work area and special tools is done.

Ensure that trucks are clean weekly.

Carry out any workshop related activities as requested by the Transport Manager

Must be willing & able to work overtime and weekends when required

Design dashboards which deliver consolidated insight into performance of customer profitability and which focus to the delivery of the Strategic yearly agenda as set out for the Function

Drive enhanced customer and product profitability information designed to unlock margin opportunities and recommend ways to optimise customer and product profitability.

Support the customer and marketing teams in the use of system tools regarding costing and profitability

Monthly feedback and analysis on the financial performance of the Product and Customers performance

Identify opportunities for value added reporting to improve the quality and content of reporting and message management.

Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology / BCom / BSc.

Valid Code EB drivers’ license.

Minimum of 3 years to 5 years’ experience in a Technology / Infrastructure support environment or super user capacity.

Knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP/Syspro/JDE experience Advantageous).

Advanced end user computer skills (JDE, SAP, Adexa, MS Office, TM1, Optima, Roadshow, Visio, etc).

Knowledge and experience in best of Breed Systems.

Customer support experience (Advantageous).

Exposure to IT Service Management Tools (Advantageous).

Duties & Responsibilities:

In partnership with Business Identifies Continuous Business Improvement opportunities within the business unit / business area.

Implements business enhancements as per business projects function.

Assist in improving and streamlining business processes and preparing business process documentation.

Support the Applications Manager in identifying IT application solutions to address key Business requirements within functional area.

Work with the Business to assess current IT capabilities and identify high-level customer requirements.

Partnering with external service providers to deliver on business requirements if required.
