Position:  HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT MANAGER

Location: Johannesburg

Closing date: 16 August 2024

Appointment requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 7) in Human Resource Management / Business Management / Industrial Psychology 

• Postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) in Human Resources Management / Business Management / Industrial Psychology 

• Registered Member of the South African Board of People Practices (SABPP) at level of Chartered or Master HR Professional

Minimum Experience:

• At least 8 years’ experience at a HR Management / HR Lead Specialist level in the public entity or private sector

• In depth understanding and experience covering all aspects of Human Resources Management

• Proven track record as an HR Manager or equivalent in a related stream

• Proven ability to liaise with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
