Position: Sales Consultant – Fix n Fasten

Location: Little Falls

Requirements :
  • Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent

Key Responsibility :

  • Assist a customer on total project, before, during, and after sales.

Main responsibilities :
  • Contribute to the success of the company through excellent customer service
  • Act as a host/hostess to customers who visit the business premises
  • Provide information about the products and services of the business through various channels 
  • Resolve customer queries 
  • Advise customers on the various processes in the business
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied
  • Manage the cash desk, assist with orders, exchanges and refunds
  • Manage the business’s loyalty program 
  • Manage goods returned and liaise with the relevant departments
  • Provide cash back on returned goods
  • Record all transactions

Position: Health and Safety Officer

Location: Boksburg

Requirements:
  • A recognized, completed 3-year tertiary qualification in Health & Safety or any other related field.
  • A clear understanding and proven working knowledge of the Health & Safety function. 
  •  3-5 years solid Health & Safety experience in a fast-paced environment
  • SAMTRAC (Safety Management Training Certificate) 
  • Diligent and great attention to detail 
  • Strong time management 
  • Ability to communicate at all levels 
  • Ability to work under pressure
Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure corrective measures are implemented
  • Conduct quarterly Health and Safety drills to ensure knowledge stickiness
  • Ensure that accidents are recorded to the regulated bodies such as Department of labour and monitor the recording of operational accidents and incidents
  • Ensure that statutory training is conducted, employees are correctly certificated and oversee validity of the certification
  • Ensure that correct PPE is availed to staff at all times 
  • Review sub-contractor’s safety statements and safety compliance
  • Attend regular health and safety meetings and ensure proper documentation of meetings
  • Submit monthly reports to Adeo structures
