Position: HR BUSINESS PARTNER- LABOUR RELATIONS

Location: GAUTENG

CLOSING DATE: 15 May 2024

Job Requirements:
  • B-degree in HR/ Labour Law or HR related degree and Post Graduate Certificate in advance labour relation (NQF Level 7)
  • Ideal Honours B degree in HR /administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous
  • 4-6 years in human capital management and employee relations
  • Experience in conciliation and arbitration at CCMA, Experience in labour relations and dealing with unions
  • Knowledge relevant all relevant Labour legislation.
Key performance areas:
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and provide guidance to the LGSETA’s management team on the interpretation and application of labour law
  • Maintaining positive employee relations by developing and implementing programs and initiative that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Managing and resolving dispute between the LGSETA and its employees or labour union
  • Providing strategic input and support in change management processes that may impact labour relations, such as restructuring, mergers or acquisitions.
  •  Providing input in the formulation, review and improvement of HR policies and procedures to ensure all relevant legislative requirements are incorporated and adhered to.

Position: FACILITIES OFFICER

Location: GAUTENG

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum: Facilities or Property Management/ Projects Management Diploma or related (NQF Level6)
  • Applicable courses and seminars on Property/Facilities Management; as well as Contract Administration would be an advantage.
  • 3-5 years’: Experience in Facilities Management; Experience in managing staff/subordinates Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) Act (Working knowledge of the PFMA / PPPFA Report writing and must be computer literate

Position: TRANSPORT ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Location: Gauteng

CLOSING DATE: 15 May 2024

Requirements:
  • Matric and valid driver’s licence (NQF Level 4)
  • • 3-5 years’ experience in drivingand fleet management.
  • Ideal Driving for a company will be added as advantage. Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) essential requirement.

Position: Projects Coordinator (X2)

Location: Gauteng

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum: Diploma in Business/Finance Management or equivalent (NQF Level 6)
  • Ideal: A B-degree or equivalent in Business /Finance Management (NQF Level 7) 5 years’ experience in financial management environment (including at least 3 years’ experience in grant claims  processing and coordination within the SETA environment), with focus on record keeping requirements and preferably in the administration of the public sector Experience in initiating, monitoring, and evaluating skills development projects, portfolios of projects and/or programmes or public sector will have an added advantage.

Position: COMPANY SECRETARY

Location: Gauteng

CLOSING DATE: 15 May 2024

requirements:
  • B-degree in Public Administration or related discipline with a Chartered Secretary Qualification (Completed Practical board exam subjects at an Honours equivalent level) and a current member of the Chartered Governance institute of Southern Africa
  • 5 years’ experience in a Company Secretariat role and experience in a similar role within the Public Sector

Position: LEGAL SERVICES ADVISOR

Location: Gauteng

CLOSING DATE: 15 May 2024

 Requirements:
  • B-degree in Law (NQF 7) with a good understanding of the other discipline or
  • Ideal Chartered Secretary Qualification (completed practical board exam subjects at an honours equivalent level
  • 8 years relevant experience of which at least 4 years must have been in a legal advisor role.
Key performance areas:
  • Ensure compliance in adherence to the Companies Act as well as King IV recognition by monitoring and oversee the compliance register /matrix and regulatory
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the strategic plan in line with legislative and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain robust compliance statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Always entrust with confidential LGSETA information and act with tact and discretion
  • Keep confidential information in line with fiduciary duties as an officer of the company
  • Effectively manage service provider SLA and relations
