  • Matric qualification or equivalent qualification
  • Up to 3 years’ experience within a contact centre in an agent or similar role
  • Must be able to converse, read and understand English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be resilient to handle customer rejection
  • An ability to multitask, must be able to switch between multiple systems while helping customers and switch channels frequently – from the phone to email
Responsibilities:
  • Our Customer Service Agent role is to provide effective customer service to all internal and external customers telephonically or via written correspondence
  • Captures all data relevant to the call or service intervention efficiently and accurately
  • Adheres to all business Policies, Procedures and Processes
  • Resolves all customer queries within the agreed SLA for the department
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
  • To offer a solution-based approach to all customer interactions tailored to the needs of the individual member

Position: Fitness Instructor

Requirements:
  • Matric qualification
  • Industry recognized fitness qualification essential
  • A minimum of 6 months experience within fitness
  • First Aid qualification with AED certification
  • Ability to work shifts which includes weekends and public holidays
  • Experience in member service (customer service)

Position: Club Administrator

Requirements:
  • Matric qualification essential
  • Basic accounting and bookkeeping qualification or certification an advantage or experience
  • 1 -2 years proven administration experience
  • Must be comfortable to take the lead on hard decisions and take accountability for them
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite
  • 1- 2 years in a customer service orientation environment
  • Must be able to manage the full administration function and juggle multiple priorities within the office
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and over weekends as required
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining general administration functions, including administration of HR documentation, creditors, petty cash and ad-hoc club administration, eg uniform, stationary, stock control as required.
  • Manage salary process from data input to payroll submission
  • Ensuring effective communication to all departments
  • Delivering excellent member service, managing all admin related queries
  • Action relevant DIY within framework of authority
  • Managing, training and developing staff within the department or related to admin within the club
  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly audits as per the companies’ requirements

Position: Sales Consultant

Requirements:
  • Relevant marketing and promotions experience
  • Presentation skills with the ability to influence credibly at all levels up to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:
  • Plan each day and month in advance, in order to generate new leads, book new appointments, and present to customers with the objective of making sales to successfully reach and exceed a pre-defined sales target.

Position: DevOps Engineer

  • DevOps and Automation Expertise: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps practices, including automation of build, testing, and deployment processes in a high-velocity development environment.
  • Azure Cloud Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud services, with a focus on deploying and managing scalable, reliable infrastructure. Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate technical requirements in a way that business stakeholders can understand. You should be able to engage with and win the hearts and minds of both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advocacy for DevOps Culture: Passion for promoting DevOps culture, tooling, and methodologies within the team. A champion for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and agile practices.

  • Automation Mastery: Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that code integration and deployment are seamless, efficient, and automated. Your aim is to turn manual processes into automated marvels.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Innovation: Utilize your expertise in Azure Cloud and Terraform to architect and manage resilient and scalable cloud infrastructure. You’ll ensure our mobile applications have a solid foundation to perform flawlessly.
  • DevOps Culture Champion: Infuse the DevOps philosophy throughout the mobile app team, advocating for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will inspire a shift towards a more agile and collaborative development environment.
