Requirements:
- Previous experience in underwriting or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Process endorsements, taking into account acceptability and reinsurance limits and provisions.
- Take appropriate action on multi-claimant policy-holders and handle unpaid debit orders, policy reinstatements, and cancellations as needed.
- Interpret contract and insurance product documentation provisions critically to establish relevance to risk.
- Collaborate with internal areas to determine the scope of insurance product documentation and system enhancements.
- Develop service standards for routine services related to this position and conduct system testing for all system releases, submitting reports on findings as required.
