Simple Wors Stew for a lazy day


ingredients:

Wors

Worcester sauce

Minestrone soup (60 ml)

Sugar (7.5 ml)

Paprika (7.5 ml)

Rajah (7.5 ml)

Six gun (7.5 ml)

Tomatoes (2 grated tomatoes)

Olive oil

Brown onion (half thinly sliced)

Green pepper (1/4 thinly sliced)

Parsley(7.5 ml)

preparatioN:

Pour some olive oil on a frying pan. Cut the wors to preferred manageable sizes. Place the wors on the frying pan. Sprinkle a bit of worcester sauce over the wors, fry the wors until a bit brown on the outside. Remove the wors from the pan and any extra oil or water that might have resulted from frying the wors.

Fry onions and peppers for a minute or two. Add the tomatoes, sprinkle all the seasoning ingredients evenly across the tomatoes. Mix 60ml minestrone soup in 1 cup of water, mix and pour in the pan. Place the wors back in the pan. Mix everything together, place the lid and leave the food to simmer, on low heat. After a few minutes, add 1 more cup of water and leave to simmer until the sauce is thick and everything is well combined.

This meal can be enjoyed with pap or buns on a weekday after a long day of work and parenting.
